The necklace, itself, is beautifully designed and I love the meaning behind it. However, I am a little disappointed with the faint color of the topaz in my necklace. On your website, the topaz is a vibrant blue that really shows up nicely when worn.....mine, on the other hand, is very light in color and, in my opinion, it doesn't really stand out as a blue topaz should. I realize that each stone is different, but I just wish I had received a necklace with a darker stone.

I was skeptical on ordering since I had ordered jewelry on line from other companies & was dissatisfied but this piece was exactly as described and beautiful. Very happy with quality & the way they kept me up to date on delivery.
The stone in the middle is nothing close to as bright as the pictures and demos. Very misleading. I had several friends waiting for me to get mine to order. They won't be.
I was so excited that I finally gave in and purchased this beautiful blue pendant for myself. When it arrived and I opened it, however, I was completely saddened to find GRAY topaz and not the beautiful blue that was advertised. Now I am being told it is either gray or blue, depending on their stock. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! Please take these reviews seriously before ordering. Obviously some got the blue topaz, and it is beautiful! It just doesn't have the same sparkle, or leave me with the same joy as the blue topaz. If they had advertised the chance of getting gray instead, I would not have spent the money or taken that chance. This has left me feeling very scammed, and like I can't trust what I will get from them in the future.
The stone is not blue like you show in picture. I am very disappointed.
The blue topaz is very small, not bright blue and nothing like the advertised one. The stone is almost clear and hidden.
The color and size of the pendant in the promotional material are misleading. It is a beautiful piece, however, not really what I expected given the product images.

The picture on the left is the actual size. The pic on the right is ‘blown up’ on my phone. In the advertisement, the pictures look like the pic on the right….Zoomed in and very colorful. I am very disappointed in the size and lack of bright color.

I love everything about this set. However the chain is very very fine & very long (20"). I switched pendant to a stronger 18" chain and will probably move to a 16" for the length of the pendant. Otherwise I'm in love with this set
