Mindful Points expire 180 Days after receipt. The period begins from the date the points were collected.

No, Mindful Points are personal and non-transferable. They are tied to your account. Mindful points cannot be redeemed for cash.

Each Mindful Point is worth $0.05, so 20 points equal $1. To work out your balance in dollars, just divide your total points by 20.

Log in to your account and you'll find your current points balance under your name. From there, you can also see how many points you've earned over recent months and the dates they were credited.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll take care of the return for you. Just a heads up on points: the ones you redeemed won't return to your balance, and any points earned on the order are removed once it's refunded.
