When will my box be shipped?
Your first box will be prepared and shipped in 48 hours post-subscription, typically arriving within 4-7 Business days. Future boxes are sent out on the 7th of each month.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes! You have the option to adjust the frequency of your boxes, receiving them bi-monthly, quarterly, or at other intervals.

Can I offer the Mindful Box to a loved one as a gift?
Absolutely! The gift of self-love is one of the most touching gifts you could give someone or even to yourself. And whichever the case may be, you can cancel anytime. You're always in full control of your subscription, even when it’s a gift.
What happens if I resubscribe after canceling my subscription?
On resubscribing, we continue the sequence from your last box, ensuring you don't receive repeat boxes.
How do I manage my account details?
Any changes to your shipping address, payment info, or other account details can be made by logging into your account. Please remember to set any new shipping address as the default.

As we're based in the Netherlands, some banks might classify our charges as international, even though we bill in USD. You may need to authorize international payments with your bank.
How much is shipping?
All Mindful Boxes are shipped free of charge! Shipping from the US, your first box will reach you in 4-7 days, with future boxes being shipped on the 7th of each month with no shipping costs on your part.

No problem at all! Log in and update your shipping address in your account, and don't forget to set it as your default address. That's it, all set for your next Mindful Box!

Let me start by saying: Quality!. This box came with well packaged, beautiful items. Everything you need, as you choose, for mediation and relaxation in one place. Just by touching each item you are able to tell that this is not just another run-of-the-mill " meditation" box. The crystals, including the pretty bracelet, feel cool to the touch, with a little bit of weight for their size. The little Buddha instantly gives you that peaceful feeling you may have been missing. The essential oils: Grade A quality. As an avid aromatherapist I have to say these oils feel light, smooth when applied to the skin ( please dilute with a carrier oil before applying), and they have that wonderful authentic, natural scent. The affirmation card is a wonderful way to use as your mantra during meditation or any other activity that brings you peace. This gorgeous mediation shawl is soft to the touch with vibrant colors and feels like a gentle hug when draped over your shoulders. Each item in this box is definitely useful, and the little pamphlet with the information for everything also gives a few steps on how to begin or use what's in this box to get you started. I cannot wait to see what will come in the next box. I am genuinely excited and happy with what I have received. Thank you so much to all of you at Mindful Souls.
I am so happy to receive this box! It was such a wonderful surprise to get the high-quality essential oils as a gift. I also absolutely love my bracelet, pendant, and the rose quartz. The meditation shawl is awesome, and my little Buddha figurine is so cute! Everything is beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos because I was completely ecstatic and overwhelmed by all this cuteness when I opened the box!
I was so excited when I received my box. I opened it so fast I forgot to keep the box. I was surprised at the quality of each item and the size of the stones. Even my mystery box was a treat. I couldn’t wait to clear the energy and set my intentions. I can’t wait for my next box.
Some of the boxes have been "meh" - I really like this one. As you can see in the photo, I have all my new crystals ready in the bowl to sit in the moonlight of the next full moon to be cleansed! The stones are beautiful and I don't have them already or not many of them. The Leopardskin Agate and Carnelian are new stones for me. I do have a smokey quartz but not in a necklace like I received. And I love the uniqueness of the amethyst dangling from the crescent moon hairclip - I will wear that! There was also a soap - I believe sandalwood - in this box. Smelled wonderful! Can't wait to use it.

When I opened this first box I was hooked!!! So amazing, full of crystals, information about everything and a meditation scarf I gave to my sister!!! Can’t wait for the next one!!

Freaking loved the crystal mini wand they had! The one I got was rose quartz, so beautiful and smooth to the touch. STANDS nicely with its flat face. Didn't like the prayer shawl, donating that. Colors and texture wasn't my thing. Loves the little elephant and stone bracelet! I am a size 10 women's shoes so I have thicker wrists as you might imagine many elastic jewelry is uncomfortable on me but this fit comfortably! The little Buddha was unpleasantly rough to the touch, I improved the hair and dhoti , But then super messed up the face by trying to add eye.dwtailsand tilak I think there was another item in the box.. Oh yeah it was an essential oil! It was nice, I probably would have appreciated it more, but this was my first box, and the free gift it came with was the set of 18 essential oils 🤣 Oh and the amethyst pendant necklace was two scratchy tomorrow where for more than a couple of seconds, I hung it up but I'm not totally satisfied with that. I'll try two another mindful soul box.

I loved the connection box; it will really help me during my meditation moments. The quartz is beautiful, especially the rose quartz. I also loved the amethyst as a stone of protection and transformation. The bracelet is beautiful, and I will wear it during moments of connection with the divine. I also loved the Buddha. The gift of the 18 essences was wonderful. The aromas are magnificent and will help create a beautiful atmosphere for my meditation and spiritual sessions.

I really enjoy the show it has made me feel more able to get to where I need to get my thoughts arrive quicker and my meditation time is a little bit longer and I enjoy that and the cards are so informative. I love my first box I'm ready to see my second box! Besides all you see in the picture I got pink quartz and the most beautiful amethyst amulet necklace! That amulet in amethyst is one of the most beautiful pieces I have this is darkest you can get but when you put lights behind it you can almost see through it it's beautiful everything in the box comes with the cutest bags and boxes!
