Our Journey
2018 — The Beginning
Mindful Souls actually started from frustration.
A few of us had been interested in mindfulness and spirituality for years, but we kept running into the same problem. Everything about it felt like it was meant for someone else: someone with more time, more knowledge, or the patience for complicated rituals.
We didn’t have any of that.
We had busy mornings, long days, and maybe ten quiet minutes before bed. But we still wanted that sense of connection.
So we asked ourselves: what if we created something that made it easy?
2019 — The Mindful Box
That idea became the Mindful Box, a monthly box filled with crystals, tools, and simple practices designed to help people bring a little more intention into their everyday lives.
From our first subscriber, we became hundreds, then thousands, then tens of thousands. Today, more than 1 million Mindful Boxes have been delivered worldwide.
But as our community grew, something unexpected happened…
2024 — The Crystal Box
People couldn’t stop talking about the crystals. This wasn’t just their favorite part of the box. It became a full-blown obsession. And honestly, we understood why.
So we created the Crystal Box.
The same simple, accessible approach to mindfulness, but this time entirely focused on discovering and working with crystals.
From the beginning, we’ve believed one simple thing: mindfulness and spiritual growth shouldn’t feel exclusive. They should feel like coming home to yourself.
