I picked up vaping due to my extreme anxiety because it gave me something to focus on other than what was making me anxious. My vape is ALWAYS in my hand, or it is misplaced in the couch and I refuse to stop searching for it until I find it, which just increases my anxiety. Makes no sense, I know. I watched a movie the other night and I noticed that, instead of my vape being in my hand, it was my thumb stone. My vape wasn’t on my mind for the entire movie! Since I’ve received it, it is with me everywhere I go and has aided in me vaping less! Anytime I am feeling anxious, I take it out of my pocket and rub it, rotate it around, whatever; it’s the same effect as the Chinese stress balls except there is no clinking sound and you can carry it with you in any size purse, wallet, even your bra. I swear by this stone so much that I even use it as I am falling asleep! It’s perfect.
