I'm learning
I started 3 days ago I received it Monday morning when I walked to the post office to get another package and they had another box. When I opened each box so I could put the items in the bag that I had on me so I could carry everything home! I was surprised to see this a day early, it made my day. Thanks again for everything that y'all are doing I appreciate everything and treasure every item and take my time with each box, because of my hydrocelephous-epilepsy syndrome and memory lose.
Today is day 7. Am loving the surprises inside and the quick activities. Thank you so much for this creation.

If I’m being honest, when I first received the 21 days of Transformation box, I immediately wanted to open all the boxes inside!!! Excited wasn’t the word, however, I controlled myself and opened one box each day. It gave me something to look forward to on my journey. Everyday a new exercise and a new prize. The transformation box was well executed and thought out by the MindfulSouls Team! The only other thing I will say is … what are you waiting for ?!
I really love the 21 Days of Transformation box. I like how you get a different goodie and mini ritual every day. Although I'm still working through mine it's a lot of fun. You receive some nice items on your journey.

I am currently in the first phase of this journey and so far the activities have been easy to incorporate into the day. I especially like the relaxing technique from day 2 before going to sleep. the box is more and storage it is also one of the tools to indicate progress as a physical reminder. Looking forward to all the learnings and creating new habits to assist with transforming into the person envision. Plus is that you are not on the journey alone. there is an online group that you can join if you choose. I am definitely purchasing more of the box to give as gift for friends and family members.

I'm only on day 4 but so far I'm enjoying the transformation box.
I am only on day 9. Overall i have been enjoying it. However my only complaint so far is the day 9 necklace i dont think it would fit on my 10 y.o. grandaughters neck let alone an adult :(

Love it! The Transformation box and the boxes for each day are gorgeous! I love the fun touch of having the 21 circles and matching stickers for completing them. I have completed Day 1 and I already love it. I cannot wait to keep working through the remaining days. I highly recommend this one!
