Simply register for FREE above! Once you do, you'll receive your official challenge packet containing your pledge card and instructions on how to join our private Facebook Group (where the challenge takes place).
Print out the pledge card and write down your main goal for the challenge. Then, share a selfie in the group along with your pledge card to introduce yourself.
How much does it cost to participate?
Participating in our 30-Day Meditation Challenge is completely FREE! Plus, you’ll have the chance to win special weekly prizes as you go along.
I’m not able to print my pledge card. Can I still join?
Absolutely! You can just write your commitment on the piece of paper or be more creative and create your own pledge card. Understanding your motivation is the key to staying inspired.
How do we know what the weekly challenge is?
