Mindful Souls is an e-commerce platform dedicated to spiritual growth, mindful living, and personal discovery. It all started in 2018 with a small team of dreamers and one powerful vision: to simplify and demystify all things spirituality and crystals! Today, we're a powerful force for good, delivering mindfulness magic to 180,000+ souls across the USA, Europe, and Australia.

How does Mindful Souls work?

Mindful Box is a subscription service that delivers a curated selection of self-care and spiritual tools to your doorstep every month. Each box contains 6-8 genuine, handpicked items, worth over $100, including:

  • 1 aromatherapy item

What is included in the subscription Box?

There are a few different subscription experiences available, each with its own focus:


Mindful Box

A holistic monthly box of 6–8 self-care and spiritual tools. Typical items include authentic crystals, gemstone jewelry, aromatherapy items, mindful decor or ritual tools, affirmation cards, and surprise gifts.

Crystal Box
A monthly crystal-focused experience that delivers 5–6 natural, lab-certified crystals worth over $100+, along with an educational guide (20+ pages) that explains meanings, uses, and how to work with each stone.

Chakra Subscription Box
An 8-month guided journey where each box focuses on a specific chakra. In addition to crystals and tools matched to that energy center, you get guided meditation videos, digital content, affirmation cards, a collectible chakra progress poster, and a “Chakra Master Certificate” when the program is complete.

Are the crystals authentic and ethically sourced? 

Yes! We take great pride in ethically sourcing only 100% natural crystals from their native regions around the world. Each stone in your box is a unique fusion of color, form, mineral content, and perfect imperfections.

Can I customize my subscription Box?

At this time, you cannot customize the contents of your box. The items are pre-selected by the Mindful Souls curation team so that each month’s box is thoughtful, balanced, and a joy to explore. This helps preserve the surprise and carefully crafted experience for every subscriber.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or broken?

If something arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and email it to support@mindfulsouls.com. The team will happily assist with a replacement. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

Subscription Management 
When will my Mindful Box be shipped?

Shipping timing differs slightly depending on the box type:

Mindful Box
Your first box is prepared and shipped right after you subscribe and typically arrives within 4–7 business days. After that, future boxes are sent on the 7th of each month as part of the regular subscription cycle.

Crystal Box
Your first box is prepared and shipped right after you subscribe and typically arrives within 4–7 business days. After that, future boxes are shipped monthly based on your start date as part of that anniversary cycle

Chakra Subscription Box
The Chakra program includes 8 monthly boxes and is shipped monthly based on your start date as part of that anniversary cycle.

Can I change my delivery frequency?

Yes! If you’d like more flexibility, you can adjust how often you receive your boxes; for example, moving to bi-monthly, quarterly, or other intervals. You can do this anytime through your online customer portal under ‘Manage My Subscription’.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely, you’re always in control. You can pause your subscription if you need a break, or cancel it entirely at any time with no hidden fees or hassles.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel in a few ways:
1. Log into your online customer portal and navigate to ‘Manage My Subscription’ to cancel directly.
2. Email support@mindfulsouls.com to request cancellation.

What happens if I resubscribe after cancelling?

If you decide to resubscribe after cancelling, your subscription will pick up where you left off in the sequence, so you won’t receive the same boxes you already got.

Can I gift a Mindful Box to someone else?

Absolutely! We offer a dedicated Mindful Box Gift Subscription, so you can treat someone special to a monthly moment of calm and care. You can choose a 3, 6, or 9-month gift plan, and each box arrives as a thoughtful surprise filled with crystals, calming tools, and guided rituals.
Gifting works just like a regular subscription, and you’re still in control; you can pause or cancel anytime.
*When gifting, please make sure the recipient’s shipping details are entered correctly, and let them know to expect deliveries during the subscription period.

How do I manage my account details?

You can update your account information (like shipping address, email, payment details, etc.) by logging into your account on the Mindful Souls website and going to ‘Manage My Subscription’ or ‘Account Settings’. *Please remember to set any new shipping address as the default.

I’m having trouble accessing my account — my email shows as invalid. What should I do?

No worries. Simply create a profile using the same email you used to subscribe. This will link your subscription and store accounts. Use these links based on your location:

Payments & Billing
How does the payment process work?

For subscriptions, your selected payment method is saved and automatically charged on each billing cycle, so you never have to worry about re-entering your details. All payment information is encrypted for security.

When will my card be charged?

The first charge occurs on the date you start your subscription. Your card will then be billed for future boxes on a recurring billing date of your choice.*Discount codes and promotions only apply to the first box.

What happens if my payment or credit card is declined?

If your payment is declined, your subscription will be paused, and we’ll ask you to update your payment details. As soon as that’s done, everything continues as normal.
You can update your card details following these steps:
1. Log onto your customer portalon the Mindful Souls website
2. Navigate to ‘Manage My Subscription’ or ‘Account Settings.
3. Change your card details and save.
Please Note:
* Mindful Souls is registered in the Netherlands, so some banks may classify charges as international (even though we bill in USD). In some cases, you may need to authorize international payments with your bank to complete your purchase.

Can I update my billing information?

Yes! You can update your billing details at any time by logging into your account on the Mindful Souls website and going to ‘Manage My Subscription’ or ‘Account Settings.

Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is Free on all orders over $60 and all subscription boxes across the U.S. mainland.

A flat rate shipping fee of $12.99 applies to orders shipped outside the U.S. mainland (including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Outlying Islands).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to many European countries, as well as Canada and Australia.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package every step of the way. You can also find tracking details in your account under your order history.

I’ve moved — how do I change my delivery address?

No worries, you can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your Mindful Souls account and editing your details.

If you have an active subscription, your orders are managed through Loop, so make sure to update your address there, too. You can follow these simple steps to do it:
1.  Go to https://portal.loopcommunications.com.
2. Enter your registered email address and password.If you are a first-time user or have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link to receive a reset link.
3. Once logged in, select your active subscription and click “Edit” in the shipping address section.

Remember to make any changes before your next billing or shipping date so your box goes to the right place.

What should I do if my box hasn’t arrived?

Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days, but delivery to locations outside the U.S. mainland can take 17–25 business days. If your box hasn’t arrived within these timeframes, please reach out to us at support@mindfulsouls.com, and our team will happily look into it for you.

Returns & Satisfaction 
Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my box?

Yes, you can! We want you to love your experience with Mindful Souls, so if your box doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us at support@mindfulsouls.com. We promise to make things right.

* This does not apply to prepaid monthly and annual memberships. These are non-refundable.

What is your return or replacement policy?

We offer easy, free returns and replacements on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at support@mindfulsouls.com, and we’ll send you a free return label to make the process hassle-free.

How do I use the items included in my Mindful Box?

Most people use the items for meditation, small daily rituals, relaxation, or as mindful decor around their space. But there’s no right or wrong way to do it. And if you need some guidance, no problem! Each box comes with short, easy tips that show you exactly how to use every item.

Will I receive instructions or meaning cards with my crystals?

Yes! Each box includes a guide booklet that explains what each crystal is for, what it supports, and how to work with it. You’ll also receive simple tips and ritual ideas so you can start using your crystals right away.

Are the items in each Mindful Box the same every month?

Nope. Each box is completely unique! The items are themed and curated monthly. This keeps the experience fresh and gives you new tools, crystals, and rituals to explore with each delivery.

Are Mindful Souls products suitable for beginners in mindfulness or crystal healing?

Absolutely! All our products are designed to be easy to use, even if you’re completely new to mindfulness, spirituality, or crystals. Each product comes with a simple how-to guide so you’ll always know what to do.

How are the crystals and products selected for each Mindful Box?

Every box is carefully curated by the Mindful Souls team around a specific theme or intention. The crystals and tools are handpicked to work together, creating a complete, easy-to-use ritual experience.

Are Mindful Souls crystals ethically sourced?

Yes! This is a non-negotiable for us. Every single crystal in our shop is ethically sourced from its native region.

How does Mindful Souls ensure quality and authenticity of its products?

Does Mindful Souls support ethical or mindful sourcing practices?

I forgot my password — how can I reset it?

No worries, it happens to the best of us! Just go to the login page and click “Forgot your password?”. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset it in a few quick steps.

Can I change the email address linked to my Mindful Souls account?

Yes! You can update your email address by doing the following:
1. Log into your customer account
2. Navigate to ‘Account Settings’.
3. Edit your personal details

Why am I not receiving emails or order updates from Mindful Souls?

First, check your spam or promotions folder; sometimes our emails land there. Make sure the email address on your account is correct and that our emails aren’t blocked by your provider. If everything looks right and you’re still not receiving updates, contact us at support@mindfulsouls.com, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

How do I update my personal or shipping details in my account?

You can update your personal or shipping details by logging into your account on the Mindful Souls website and going to ‘Manage My Subscription’ or ‘Account Settings’. Please Note:
*If you have an active subscription, remember to update any shipping address changes in your Loop customer portal, too.

Subscription Duplication Policy
What happens if I purchase the same subscription again?

If you purchase the same subscription more than once, our system will treat it as a separate subscription. This means you’ll receive boxes each cycle for each active subscription. If you accidentally purchased the same subscription twice, please reach out to us at support@mindfulsouls.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.

Will I be charged again if I add the same subscription?

Yes. Each subscription is billed separately. If you add the same subscription twice, you’ll be charged for both subscriptions on each billing cycle.

How can I avoid receiving a duplicate subscription box?

Before checking out, make sure you’re logged into your account and check your active subscriptions in your customer portal. If you’re unsure whether you already have an active subscription, you can always reach out to our support team, and we’ll happily double-check for you.

Can I cancel or modify my subscription if I accidentally place a duplicate order?

Yes, if you accidentally place a duplicate subscription order, you can cancel or modify it in your customer portal. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at support@mindfulsouls.com, and we’ll help you sort it out.
