And we have to be. Crystals can look similar in a photo while being completely different in quality, authenticity and origin. So before anything reaches you, we make four decisions that determine whether a stone belongs in your collection at all.

1. We Go Straight to Where the Crystals Come From

A lot can happen to a crystal before it reaches you. It can pass through brokers, exporters, importers and wholesalers, with the price going up at every stop and its origin becoming harder to trace.

We skip that chain. We buy directly from mines and cooperatives in crystal-rich regions like Brazil, Mexico and India. That means we know where our stones come from, and more of what you pay can go toward the actual crystal in your hands.

2.Every Piece is Picked by Hand, One at a Time

Crystals do not come out of the ground looking identical. In the same batch, some can be beautifully formed while others are chipped, dull, too small or just not worth keeping.

That is why we do not buy by weight and simply divide everything into boxes. Someone physically handles and checks each piece before it is selected.

Color - Rich, natural color that looks just as good in your hand as it does in a photo. No studio lighting doing the work for it.

Condition - No major fractures, chipped faces, glue repairs or damage we would not be happy to receive ourselves.

Size - Big enough to feel substantial in your hand and deserve a place in your collection. No tiny filler pieces.

Authenticity - Finally, it has to be confirmed as the real thing. The right mineral, naturally colored and properly verified before it ever reaches your box.

3. We Remove Anything We Wouldn’t Trust Ourselves

Once the best pieces have been selected, we look for anything that raises a red flag. Dyed stones, treated crystals, glass, resin composites or anything that simply doesn’t look right gets pulled before it can go any further.

The crystal market has a real authenticity problem, and a convincing photo doesn’t always tell you what you’re actually buying. So if we have doubts about a piece, it doesn’t make it into your box.

4. Your Crystals Are Verified by Third-Party Testing

Our team can inspect every crystal by hand, but authenticity should not come down to us saying, “trust us.” Before a batch ever reaches your box, it is sent to an independent third-party laboratory for testing.

Every batch is tested by a qualified, independent laboratory to verify that the mineral is what we say it is, that its color is natural, and that it has not been dyed, treated or reconstituted without disclosure. If a batch does not pass third-party testing, you never receive it. Simple as that.
