Looking back on 2024, it's hands down the best year of my life so far. I reignited the flame in my marriage, became a better parent, scored a promotion at work, discovered fresh passions and most importantly, felt really good about myself.

All because I didn't do the whole resolution thing. Instead, I found the most transformative self-growth challenge of my life…

You know how New Year's resolutions are all about the future? Well, sometimes that can set you up for failure. When you're busy planning for tomorrow without reflecting on yesterday or today, you're missing out on the big picture.

This 7-day challenge is seriously life-changing because it tackles three important aspects: reflecting, resetting, and renewing.

Day 1 – Process Your Past Year

Day 3 – Refresh the Energies

Congrats, you've conquered the toughest part – putting the past behind. Yet, to step into a genuinely fresh start, it's essential to purify the spaces and energies around you.

First up, the physical deep clean – yes, it's vacuum and cleaning sprays time. But the real magic happens next: the spiritual cleanse. Day 5 – Say Thank You

Take some time to appreciate the good things around you, both big and small. Acknowledge the important stuff, like the roof over your head and the comfy clothes on your body, but also savor the little joys – that amazing cup of coffee in the morning or the way your partner makes you laugh.

For today, every time you notice something that makes you feel good: stop, enjoy it, and say thank you.


Day 6 – Define Your Goals


The moment we've been waiting for is here – it's time to outline your goals for the future

We began this journey with our trusty journal and pen, and as we approach the final days of this challenge, it's time to bring them out once more! Write down all the goals you want to accomplish, covering areas like Personal Growth, Mind & Health, Relationships, Finances & Career, and Travel & New Adventures.
